Who EL AGRI INVESTMENT is

A Tanzanian agribusiness enterprise established to create sustainable wealth through disciplined, responsible business.

EL AGRI INVESTMENT is a Tanzanian agribusiness enterprise established to create sustainable wealth through responsible agricultural production, commodity trading, livestock development and agribusiness investments.

The name “EL” represents the founders, Erick and Lilian, and also reflects the founders' faith in God, inspired by biblical names such as El Shaddai.

The company was officially registered in 2024 with the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) under the name EL AGRI INVESTMENT. It was founded on the conviction that agriculture, managed with integrity, discipline, innovation and professionalism, can transform families, create employment, improve communities and contribute to national development.

Its approach is long-term: profits are reinvested, working capital is protected, and the business is governed by systems rather than dependence on individuals. Value is intended for customers, employees, suppliers, communities and future generations.

The founder believes that true success is measured not only by financial performance but also by the positive impact created in the lives of employees, customers, suppliers, farmers and communities. EL AGRI INVESTMENT pursues growth with patience, wisdom, discipline and integrity, in the conviction that lasting wealth is built through honest work, responsible stewardship, continuous learning and long-term thinking.
